Armogard 150 is a prescription medication containing Armodafinil (150 mg), a wakefulness-promoting agent (eugeroic) used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness. It is a more potent, longer-acting version of the drug Modafinil. Primary Uses

• Narcolepsy: Helps manage sudden, uncontrollable episodes of deep sleep.

Usage and Dosing

• Narcolepsy & OSA: Typically one tablet taken once daily in the morning.
• Shift Work Disorder: Taken approximately 1 hour before starting a work shift.
• Method: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; it can be taken with or without food.

• Neurological: Headache, dizziness, and difficulty falling asleep (insomnia) if taken too late in the day.

Critical Safety Warnings

• Hormonal Contraceptives: Armodafinil can reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills, patches, or implants. Use an alternative barrier method (like condoms) during treatment and for one month after stopping.
